Delivery
We provide white glove delivery service - right to your door! Plus, we provide full set up and take extra precautions with delivery in inclement weather. For example, we use tarps over product when it’s raining!
Cancellation Policy
All purchases may be cancelled at any time. There will be a 30% restocking fee on ALL orders, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit to be used within 30 days.
Refund Policy
Showroom & online purchase: You may receive a total refund of any monies for furnishings purchased in our showroom if canceled same day before pick up/delivery. All furniture pick up and delivered is considered final. Furniture in the home over night or longer can NOT be returned as now its considered used furniture.
Mattresses
Our cancellation and refund policy apply to bedding sales with the following exceptions: Mattress's must still remain in the factory sealed plastic with no holes, burns or stains.
